Dying to Color

I took so many Easter pictures, they were fun, they were cute, they got erased by some disobedient girls!  What we do have are them dying eggs with Steve.  We got this color that was supposed to be spill proof and though we don't eat many boiled eggs, they are still fun to dye.  Jonas participated in his high chair by banging things and making noise and each of the girls got to shake the eggs in the color of their choice.
The loot from the church!
Jonas enjoying a banana.  He got covered in slime!

The rest of Easter consisted of a fun Easter egg hunt and breakfast with our ward.  The kids had fun with their friends and every kid got 10 eggs which made it more fun, they didn't have to leave empty handed.  We also went and made birdhouses at Home Depot and then to my parents house for Easter fun!  We enjoyed subs and salads and chips.  One awesome aunt and uncle made an enjoyable egg hunt with plenty of goodies, and we loved the nice weather and good talks with our family!  It was awesome, but you'll just have to imagine it without photos!
This year the Easter bunny thought we'd focus on Christ.  He brought framed pictures of Christ for the kids' rooms and enough candy to last us at least a month.  He did a good job hiding plastic eggs in the house and the boiled eggs outside.  Mom and Dad supplied the fancy clothes, and it made for a perfect day!
We are filled with love and hope through our Savior's sacrafice and resurrection.  Through Him we can make our imperfections perfect!
