We had a nice, layed-back, Halloween day. Kiana didn't have school because of the end of term, so she got to stay home with us. Their cousin Keeley has been staying here this week while her mom and dad are out of town, so they have had lots of play time with her. We went to the park and played with friends, we took a good nap, and Grandma Barb came to visit and see the kids! She dressed up like a ghost for work and the kids were pretty freaked out about it and told her to go and shower and get all her makeup and hair dye off.

We wanted to go trick or treating early because Kiana had school the next day, so we got ready about 5 and went out with friends around the neighborhood. It was so nice and warm this year, the kids didn't even need coats. My little cow, Jonas, slept the whole time, and Keeley stayed in the stroller for much of the time. Steve stayed home for the first part and made tacos for dinner and passed out candy. Later, I came home with the little ones and Steve went out again with Kiana and Maile. It was such a fun day spent together! With the half off candy the day after Halloween and the girls candy, I think we have enough to last us until next Halloween!
