Kindergartner no more

Kiana, my firstborn, is now ready for first grade.  She has loved kindergarten, her teacher, her friends, but I don't think I am ready for her to be gone all day, eating lunch at school.  Hopefully she gets a good teacher next year!  She is so excited and ready for first grade and for summer, not to have a schedule, gets to watch tv all day, boy will she be upset.  I have lots of chores and homework planned for her.

Kindergarten class, I think they said 123 kids

Kiana used to come home singing all the songs she'd learned!

Kiana loved Mrs. Quist and Mrs.Quist loved all the kids.  She was always so grandmotherly!

Kiana, Kelty, and Kaydence all rode to and from school together and are great friends.
All the kindergartners had an awesome program singing songs they have learned throughout the year!  My kindergarten graduate is almost 7, I can't believe how big she is getting.  She is a good example to her siblings and is so much help.  She is so good at learning and loves the challenge of new things.  She is zipping through her new piano book, and everytime I buy new books she reads them, learns them, and has them memorized quickly.  Good Job Kiana, we are so proud of you and the young lady you are becoming.
