Kiana was so excited to start first grade. She has some friends in her class and she met her teacher, Miss Harms, the day before and was ready to go! She was a little nervous about all day school and eating lunch there too, but she has done really well. She told me one day that she didn't want to go to school all day because she would miss me too much, so sweet! And I do miss her tons. She helps out so much with the house and the other kids. I miss our daily naps, I miss knowing what she is eating, and I miss having her around.

Maile is doing an at home preschool called Up-start. It is all on-line and helps her get ready for kindergarten next year. She is really enjoying it and doing a good job, but she is missing interaction with other kids and mom is missing the break away!
