I was helping Kiana clean her room while Jonas played around us. Kiana proceeded to put Jonas on her bed. In mid sentence of telling Kiana, once again, not to put him on there, he feel off. He cried for a minute and then was done. He babied the arm through-out the day and would hold his wrist when using his arm, but that was it. We couldn't decided if we should take him to instacare or not. The next morning, while changing his bum, I helped him stand by taking his hands and pulling him up. He started crying and I knew it was still bothering him.
We went into instacare before church where they x-rayed it and confirmed it was broken, a small bone that isn't fully developed on babies, right above the wrist. They wrapped it and told us to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon. Luckily Steve's mom works for one, and they take really good care of us! It was cast and they said he only needed it for about 10 days! Steve choose a red one for his Utes!
Jonas doesn't notice it much. It is more of a hindrance then anything. He keeps trying to pull it off so he can use both hands, especially when eating. Other then that, he just goes about like normal!

Jonas got his cast off the day after Christmas. The doctor said his wrist was probably at about 70% and that he could use it like normal! He looks super cute and the cast was so small and cute, but we are glad he is in one piece!
