"Mom, I'm mad at you!"

Kiana has lately become quite good at expressing herself. This week she is full of opinions. She knows how to get her way and is very mean to the kids that get in her way. We had a couple of friends over, and she wasn't getting her way, so she bit one of the kids (sorry Josh and Emily). My mom was later explaining that we don't do that because it hurts. I told my mom that Kiana hasn't ever been bitten, she doesn't know what it fells like. So my mom bit her softly on the arm to help her understand. Kiana did not like that. She has a scratch on her arm, and she tells everyone that "Grandma bite me, and I say AHH, AHH." (it is a previous scratch from a rock)

I was also feeding Maile the other day and Kiana wanted attention, so she wacked Maile in the head, and had to go straight to bed (it was late anyway). Then the next day, feeding Maile again, and Kiana was sitting on her feet and wouldn't get off. I gently pushed her off the feet, and fell on the ground, stood up, and told me, "Momma, I mad at you", and glared the cute kid way. I just can't win. Here are some photos of Kiana feeding her baby and burping her as I am feeding Maile. (She feeds her baby from her belly button)

Since it is almost Halloween, we were telling her how it all works, so she has to tell everyone, "I go knock knock and say "trick or treat" and I get candy." And then she knocks on what ever is closest. This will probably be the first year she really gets it. Maile is going to be a cow, so we decided to have Kiana be a cowgirl. We'll have to take lots of pictures. Here are some pictures from previous years of Kiana, since Maile wan't born yet.

Josh is fine. It's worse for the mom who has to deal with the biter, so sorry for you. Cute pictures, we missed you at the pumpkin walk this morning!

Yahoo! Thanks for the invite :). I remember biting my kids to teach them it hurts. Worked for all three, they never bit again!
