We started another hike in Zions at the top of the bus route. It is the hike going to The Narrows, though we only went as far as the river. We were able to see some neat birds along the way and plenty of squirrels to keep the girls busy. This hike wasn't nearly as steep as our previous one this morning. There was more shade and a bubbling river to our side. We even got to witness a wedding taking place next to the water. It was interesting! They must have loved the spot to take the whole wedding party up to the top of Zions and hike to the river in a beautiful dress.

Steve and the girls got to put their feet in the water while I found a quiet spot to nurse Jonas. It wasn't always the most convenient to feed him, but you do what you got to do while hiking up a mountain in sweltering heat.
After this last hike, we decided to go back and drive the other way that cars are allowed. Steve wanted to see the tunnel cut through the rock. We didn't go far, but it was such a pretty drive with spectacular views.
We live in such a gorgeous state! I am glad we chose to go through Zion's and that the girls were so adventurous!!
