Zion Tour

My awesome hikers!
While in St. George, we decided to go see Zion's National Park.  It was nice being able to see the park on the bus and take a few hikes.  The girls were troopers and hiked far without much complaint and we only did hikes we could take the stroller on.  Jonas even slept parts of the hikes.  It was fun to show the kids the red rocks and some of this beautiful land we live close to and that Heavenly Father created for us.  We had a picnic in the park and with the weather around 105 degrees, we devoured water, one after another.  The is hike was to a lake and small waterfall.  We had to stop with the stroller and Jonas at the first lake.  Steve and the girls hiked to a second lake, and decided not to go further to a third lake.

Can you see the deer in the river?
Pretty lake

Kiana hiking.  She was slways leading the crowd and people passing would tell us how amazing she is!

Closer up on the deer!

Maile hiking with the deer in the background.

Another deer chomping on leaves.

Pretty view with Dad and Kiana.

Maile on a hige rock.

Maile went off the path and helped me discover this cool formation.

Maile took my picture.  I am looking good ;)

Maile and a small lake.

This little waterfall doesn't always fall. only in Spring.  It was so cool and refreshing to walk under it like a shower!
