Steve actually had a 4th off. He worked the night of the 3rd, so right when he got home we headed to the parade. We love our tradition of getting our place reserved and running over to Arby's for breakfast and eating it while waiting for the parade to start. It seemed to be a smaller parade this year, not nearly as many people or participants, but we still love it and the girls got enough candy to last them through the year, though it would only last Steve through the month ;). It is nice seeing Tooele folk we haven't seen in years.

After the parade, we went back to my parents for a little R&R, and a BBQ. They also put up the pool for the girls! I love relaxing days just hanging out with family!

| Kiana is getting good at throwing a frisbee. |
That night, Steve was so tired from not sleeping since work and hanging out all day and the girls were exhausted from playing outside and no nap, so they were all out between 6 (for Steve) abd 7:30 for the kids. Because of all the recent fires, fireworks were banned and we were going to go to the rodeo and watch the big county ones, instead, with everyone sleeping, I went out and visited with neighbors. It was just a peaceful day!
