Fun at the arcade

We went with some good friends to the arcade here in town a few weeks ago. It was cheap and fun. The kids had a blast, but I think our hubby's enjoyed it too.

The kids liked to get the tickets for each game and then at the end they got to pick a prize, cheap, but it made them happy. Our hubbies competed in basketball, and one-armed, holding a baby, air hockey! The girls enjoyed the horse ride, ski ball, pretending to drive the cars, and pretending to dance to dance dance revolution. It was a fun time and close to home. We finished off the evening going to cold-stone creamery for ice cream. We were in heaven. It's not often the kids get so spoiled!

Kiana has also been going with grandpa every Saturday and he has been teaching her to bowl. She comes home to tell us all about it and so we had to go watch her the other day. She gets so excited and does better than we do, granted she has the bumpers and a ramp to help her bowl!
